✝️ Internship Program – 21 Days in Honduras

Overview

The 21-Day Internship Program is designed for college students and individuals who are eager to serve and experience life on the mission field of Honduras. This hands-on program offers a powerful opportunity to discover what it means to live cross-culturally, serve others selflessly, and grow in both faith and leadership.

Participants will gain real-world ministry experience while working alongside the International Leadership Ministries (ILM) team in various community and outreach settings.

Responsibilities

• Support and serve with visiting mission teams

• Prepare and teach lessons in local schools on values and ethics

• Serve meals and assist in the food kitchen

• Participate in daily mission activities and community projects

• Contribute ideas, assist the team, and encourage others

• Maintain a daily time of prayer and Bible study

• Stay actively involved with fellow interns and team members

Candidate Characteristics

We are seeking individuals who:

• Have a strong Christian faith and personal relationship with Jesus Christ

• Possess a servant’s heart and a willingness to help wherever needed

• Are open to sharing their gifts, skills, and talents

• Desire to grow spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually

• Can work well with diverse backgrounds and personalities

• Are willing to step out of their comfort zone and learn new things
