Internship 21 Days: 

 

The internship program will benefit college students and anyone who is willing to serve on the mission field of Honduras.  You will experience cross cultural differences and find out what it takes to be on a foreign mission field. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Help with mission teams

•  House of Hope mission

• Prepare lessons and teach in school on values and ethics

• Serve at the food kitchen

• Serve in all areas necessary to help the mission.  

• Assist the team and contribute ideas

• Learn and gain experience 

• Stay involved with mission team members

• Prayer and Bible quiet time daily

Candidate Characteristics

• Have a strong Christian faith that includes a personal relationship with Jesus

• Have a servant heart

• Willingness to share gifts/talents

• Interest in growing spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually

• Able to work with a variety of backgrounds and personalities

• Willingness to learn how to share one’s life and faith with others

An internship gives a student the opportunity for career exploration and development, and to learn new skills. It offers the opportunity to bring fresh new ideas and energy into the ministry, develop talent and potentially build a bridge for future missionaries.
