Candy Marcela Schmucker
School Principal & Mission Team Coordinator
Candy serves as the principal of the school sponsored by ILM and coordinates visiting mission teams. With a degree in Food and Nutrition Safety, she combines her leadership and compassion to impact the lives of children and families across the community.

Board Member since 2018
Scot has a deep passion for Honduras and has personally served on mission trips with ILM. He owns a successful roofing company and brings valuable business insight to the board. Scot lives in Michigan with his family.

Jeff Goode
Board Member
Jeff and Paul first partnered together on a mission trip to Honduras in 2010. When International Leadership Ministries was established in 2016, Jeff joined the board the following year in 2017. A Tennessee native with a strong heart for missions, Jeff has continued to serve faithfully, bringing valuable experience and encouragement to the ILM team.

Larry has been a source of wisdom, encouragement, and vision for ILM. Retired from PULS, LP after a successful career, Larry continues to invest his time and insight into the ministry’s growth. He and his wife reside in Georgia.

Joe, a longtime college friend of Paul, brings creativity, intuition, and vision to ILM. He currently serves as Director of Maintenance at his church in Pennsylvania and is passionate about seeing ministries grow with excellence and purpose.

Royce serves as ILM’s treasurer and oversees administrative support from Florida. She has faithfully served in church ministry for over 30 years and continues to be a blessing through her love for people, strong faith, and commitment to sharing the gospel.
