The North East Headquarters in Paramus, NJ serves as ILM’s U.S. base for leadership, administration, and vision-casting.

It provides a central place for coordinating ministry operations, meeting with leaders, mission teams, donors, and partners, as well as hosting training, prayer gatherings, and leadership development events. It also supports fundraising and communication efforts that sustain the mission in Honduras.
